Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Currently only shipping domestically in the United States of America.
How do I track my order?
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can track your order in transit. For domestic orders, please allow up to seven to ten business days for your package to arrive after it's been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase. You can request a cancellation by emailing cherrymoonfactory@gmail.com (include your order # in this request), however we cannot guarantee an order can be cancelled after it’s been processed.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply and we can no longer cancel the order.
Cherry Moon Factory may cancel orders for any reason, (i.e.: the item is out of stock, pricing errors, credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution).

Tips for Removing Sticker Backing
Use a fingernail to gently lift a corner of the sticker backing. If one side gives you trouble, try another side. If that doesn't do the trick, you can use an crafting knife, needle, or toothpick to lift a corner.
Sizing details
If you would like a different size than what is in stock, feel free to reach out to me and I can see if it is possible. Sized up packs will require extra materials. The cost for a sized up pack has a flat rate of $14.00.
Lost/Damaged Orders/Defective
If your order was damaged or lost in transit, please reach out to me with photos of the damage or the tracking information that shows your item has not arrived at its destination (not delivered). Please note, USPS does not consider a parcel lost until it has gone 15 days without an updated scan.
If your order has arrived with any defect, please reach out to me right away. A replacement will be sent for any defective items.
